Vacancy - Strategy manager for non-governmental organization Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina Centre for International Migration - CIM Integrated Experts Programme Reference number 60143131 Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina Employer: Mozaik Foundation Organization: Mozaik Foundation needs your expertise to help develop sustainable business models for non-profit organizations. The marketing department of the Foundation advises local authorities and non-governmental organizations regarding the provision of municipal services in the social sector. Mozaik is the biggest indigenous foundation in BiH and national leader in mobilization of local resources. It owns and run two social businesses with total investment of over 2.000.000 EUR. Mozaik Foundation provides financial and advisory support to citizens’ actions of common interest in communities of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The Foundation was established in 2002 and employs approximately twenty permanent staff, with around 3,500 registered volunteers available in the country on a project basis. Duties:

• Preparation and development of concepts and strategies to help NGOs secure financing in the field of social enterprise
• Development and implementation of training programmes for NGOs
• Expansion of Mozaik's marketing department
• Implementation of education and training initiatives for Mozaik staff on topics such as market research, business plan development, sales

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics or other relevant subject
• Experience of working with non-profit organizations
• Experience of budget planning and budget responsibility for social investment
• Experience of the development and implementation of training programmes
• Willingness to relocate to the Balkans
• Reliable working English-language skills
• Ideally some knowledge of the Balkan region
