The European Fund for the Balkans celebrated its 10th anniversary in April. It was an opportunity to present the achievements of the EFB, and, more importantly, to launch a discussion on topics such as the future of the region, the future of the EU-Western Balkans relations, the future of social change, and the future of leadership. The vision of that future is presented through our Declaration of a European Balkans Partnership, through the EFB community, and through motivational words of our friends who showed that success is possible.
