The third cycle of the Think&Link Programme finished with the Final evaluation workshop held in Belgrade, 29 November 2011. European Fund for the Balkans in cooperation with the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) hosted a workshop for representatives of 12 think tanks from the Western Balkans, who were selected to participate in the programme in February 2011. 8 month long mentoring phase, provided by the independent ODI policy experts, offered assistance in conducting the research, developing policy proposals and drafting the policy papers. The programme cycle was closed with the final workshop where ODI experts presented the assessment of research projects and key lessons learned. Participants had an opportunity to revise their policy influencing plans, learn how to influence policy makers and design a policy influencing strategy. The next call for proposals for the Think &Link programme will be announced in December 2011. All details about the call will be announced here.
