The cycle of the Fellowship Programme for Government Officials for 2015/2016 has been officially wrapped up with this year’s Fellows presentations at their home institutions. The final seminar’s training sessions in communication and presentation skills that was concluded in November, was envisaged a preparation for the fellows for the knowledge transfer in their home institutions. In the course of December they have started with their presentations of their gained expertise and knowledge in front of their colleagues at the home institutions. As each fellow acquires specific knowledge and skills, and typically manages to create networks with public officials from at least one institution in the EU, this segment is considered as a very important part of the whole Fellowship. The fellow is obliged by the European Fund for the Balkans to share this knowledge and skills with his/her colleagues in the home institution. The knowledge sharing must be structured, with at least one in-depth presentation. The fellows have also submitted their reports to the EFB, which are very significant for the further improvement of the programme.
