EVENT REPORT - LDP6 GROUP PROJECT KOSOVO – Regional Cooperation in SEE - “How I SEE it”

The first group project in the framework of sixth edition of the Leadership Development Programme was organized in Prishtina, 17 December 2011. The main goal of the event was to establish the foundation for improvement of youth cooperation between Serbia and Kosovo and raising awareness about the importance of regional cooperation in regard to EU integration process. Group members from Albania, Kosovo, Serbia and Turkey transferred knowledge and shared with their peers skills gained during the Summer Academy. “How I SEE it” was organized in a form of a workshop in order to facilitate the intercultural dialogue of young people from Serbian and Kosovo communities both from Serbia and Kosovo and in order to build strong partnerships among participants. Workshop gathered 15 young activists and students who discussed regional cooperation in terms of the EU integration process. The final outcome of the workshop will be recommendations and conclusions collected in a brochure, which will be distributed to organizations and individuals dealing with this topic. The results of the project will be presented during the Spring Seminar in Brussels, 21-16 April 2012.
