Welcome to the Online EFB COMMUNITY – a place for networking, cooperation and communication
EFB has officially launched the online EFB Community - www.community.balkanfund.org
This is a place for meeting people, reconnecting, cooperating and sharing ideas. The EFB Community offers a dynamic and interactive networking experience for all past and current participants of the EFB programmes as well as the EFB-supported individuals.
The EFB Community is a platform where the Community members can exchange their ideas, connect and reconnect with other programme participants, meet new people who share similar experiences and interests, find out more about and participate in new EFB activities and initiatives, develop contacts and friendships that can be of real value throughout their career, regardless of the direction they head in: government, public service, civil society organizations, private companies or academia.
In this way, we would like to create a firm foundation for a sustainable network of young and creative people throughout the Western Balkans who are dedicated to accomplish our joint goal: bringing the Western Balkans closer to the EU.
The EFB Community is an open network of members who have successfully finished the EFB programmes:
- Southeast Europe and the EU – Leadership Development Programme (LDP Group)
- Fellowship Programme for Young Government Officials from the Western Balkans: Supporting Excellence and Leadership in Governance (FP Government Group)
- Fellowship Programme for Policy Researchers from the Western Balkans Region (FP Researchers Group)
- Individuals supported by the EFB
This interactive database is open to all participants of the EFB Community who want to keep in touch, find old friends and meet the new ones and stay informed about the EFB events and various opportunities that the EFB is offering to them. The Online Community is at the same time a database with members’ profiles where they can regularly update their own information, search for former colleagues or find out more about new participants. This is a quick and efficient way to reconnect with the other EFB programme participants, stay in touch, share personal and professional accomplishments, create some new ideas and implement them together.
