Miloš Ćirić joined the European Fund for the Balkans in 2025 as Program Manager of EFB's Common Ground Program – Expanding Trust, Solidarity and Dialogue in the Balkans, aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration across the Balkans. With over 15 years of professional experience in reconciliation, education, dealing with the past, regional cooperation, and media production and development, Miloš has dedicated his career to overcoming divides and promoting social cohesion among various groups in the Balkans.

Miloš holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from The New School University in New York, where he specialized in the role of media in shaping political and democratic processes, and a Master of Arts in Cultural Policy and Management from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and the University of Arts in Belgrade. His academic foundation is further complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade.

Over the course of his career, Miloš has designed and implemented numerous regional programs addressing, among other themes, peacekeeping in the region and ethnic and political polarization. His work focuses on empowering local actors, facilitating trust-building, and creating sustainable platforms for dialogue and cooperation. Known for his ability to navigate complex sociopolitical dynamics, Miloš combines his deep regional expertise with a forward-looking, action-oriented approach.
