The launching event as a first part of the beeEffect programme was organised in Podgorica, Montenegro from September 13 to September 15th. It marked the start of the beeEffect learning journey with discussion sessions, individual and group actions planning and teambuilding.
The programme team had an opportunity to meet the 12 beeEffect Participants in person and connect them with their mentors and fellow alumni from the beeEFB Alumni Network through active engagement, exchange of know-how and networking. The weekend intensive in person event for participants and mentors contained inspiring presentations and induction into mentoring and social impact initiative work.
The program of the launching event also included an introduction to EFB and beeEFB, embedded networking elements and informal community building activities. In between tje Launching and Closing events, the participants will have between 8 and 12 weeks to engage in mentoring, social impact initiative and participate in online workshops.
