Berlin Process - Boost or Replacement for the EU Enlargement?

What opportunities and what challenges does the Berlin Process carry in its current form? That was the main topic of the new episode of Forum Europa, television debate broadcasted in cooperation of European Fund for the Balkans and N1, regional news network.
